3. Beyond 14 Days

No refund after 14 days or after completing 15% or more of content. You may transfer enrollment to another person or switch tracks (Builder and Emperor plans).

4. Technical Issues

If platform issues prevent access for 48+ hours, we extend your access or issue a partial refund.
